Obtaining a Mortgage E-mail

Mortgages are available to individuals who want to buy a house, build their personal or vacation home or purchase land for residential purposes.  

The mortgages generally follow traditional lending practices found in the United States with up to 70% to 80% financing available for those who qualify.  If you are an American citizen you can also use your IRA to purchase property in Costa Rica. The IRS allows buyers to purchase property with income that is tax deferred.  Title insurance is also available.
