Hi, I just joined. I'm sorry to answer to this greeting message, but I cannot find any other way to post to this list. I did manage to find a "new topic" link one time. Using this, I posted a question about costs of living in this community. I would like to open another topic on the philosophy of this community, but where oh where is the "new topic" button? Thanks for your help with this difficulty. I was logged-in correctly. Your later message that new threads can only be started from the Main Forum was the key.
